Rental fee:

• Sunday $500

• Monday-Thursday $350

• Friday & Saturday $750

• $45/guest or $1600 food/drink minimum (includes salad, entree, two sides, desserts, drink: coffee, tea, or soda) this cost does not include gratuity or tax; bar sales can be used to meet the minimum

We usually suggest the following menu:

• *Brisket or Prime Rib (*guest rate increases to $50/per guest if over half the pre-orders are a beef option)

• Pistachio Crusted Salmon or Grilled Salmon

• Cordon Bleu Stuffed Chicken/ Georgia Chicken/Pecan Chicken

• Sides: mashed potatoes & sauteed green beans

We suggest three entrees for guests to choose from.

For Dessert:

• Coca Cola Cake

• Hummingbird Cake

• Lemon Ice box pie

Some other suggestions for the meal:

Roasted Pork Tenderloin, Shrimp (grilled, blackened or coconut), Tilapia, Mahi Mahi, Red Snapper (we usually offer a sauce along with any fish choice) Grilled Chicken Breast w/ sauce, Chicken Marsala

We are happy to discuss other entrees selections.

• a limited menu will be selected (by you) and pre-ordered;this drastically helps to expedite the party to keep guests from waiting too long for food; a pre-order is provided by you one week prior to the reservation

• we do allow for early arrival if decoration is needed (earliest availability 4pm Monday-Sat; 9am Sunday); please keep decoration time to no more than one hour

• a full bar is available. Bar options include: open bar, limited open, cash bar, or closed bar.

We can provide a limited selection of house wine and domestic beer as an open bar option for an additional $15/guest

Things to Know:

• a guest member confirmation will be determined 48 hours prior to the event

• If a number less than the confirmed number attends; the confirmed reservation sales total will remain the same; additional meals can be ordered to compensate for the non-attendees if there is a single payer; if there are multiple payees, the non-attendee costs will be divided among the payees

To help us provide the best service, we kindly ask that your reservation be on one check whenever possible, or that the number of separate checks be kept to a minimum.

• If your party is 30 guests or fewer and will need separate checks, please let us know when providing your final details.
